Written interviews

The AI writes the questions from your job description: the role's own knowledge, problems to solve, practical tasks, and numerical, logical and verbal reasoning when you want it. Questions can be open answers, code or multiple choice.

Each candidate gets different questions at the same difficulty, so a leaked question does not help anyone and the test stays fair. Every answer is graded against what a strong answer should cover, with feedback you can read.

Voice interviews

Candidates talk to an AI interviewer in the browser. It asks your questions one by one, follows up when an answer is thin, and keeps to the time you set for each question.

You get the full transcript, the recording and a grade for every answer. Questions can also come from the candidate's own resume, so you hear about the work they actually did.

You stay in control
