What is recorded

The camera, the entire screen and the computer's sound.
The microphone.

Checks before the interview starts

A single display, checked in the browser.
A sound check that tells whether earphones are in use, for rounds that require them or forbid them.
An ear check: three quick photos, so an earphone claim can be confirmed or ruled out.

How the review works

Separate AI reviews look at the camera, the screen and the sound. When something looks wrong, Cohr takes a closer look at full-resolution frames before it counts. Each finding comes with the exact time, so your team can watch that moment.

Cohr also notices when spoken answers come from a synthetic voice, and when an answer appears all at once after a paste.

Fair to candidates

A flag is advice, never a decision. Your team clears it or acts on it, and the note is kept on record.
Reading a question aloud to yourself is normal, and a declared hearing aid is never counted as an earphone.
Candidates can appeal, and you can give a retake with fresh questions.
