Pay for what each job uses
The Flexible plan is a monthly fee, $500 a month as an offer price until January 2027, with the first month free. Then each job pays per use: $0.12 per resume screened, $0.80 per written interview and $5 per voice interview of up to 30 minutes.
You set limits for each job when you create it, so you always know the most a job can cost.

- Can I set a budget per job?
- Yes. Each Flexible job has its own limits on resumes, written and voice interviews, so its cost never runs past what you set.
- Is there a contract?
- No yearly contract. Flexible is billed monthly, and per-job plans are paid once per job.
- Can candidates join a talent pool for future roles?
- Yes, with their consent: applicants can tick a box to be considered for other roles later.
